Monday 4/28 is Moving Day

Urban Roots is on the move! On Monday, April 28 Urban Roots will be packing up and moving down the block to our exciting new location. Please note our phone lines and access to email will be temporarily down until Tuesday, April 29.

Our new address is in our current neighborhood— just down the block! Our phone and email contacts will remain the same, but our new address will take affect as of Monday:

Our new campus offers many opportunities to better serve the youth in our programs. Amenities include:
– Increased outdoor programing space for youth
– Outdoor produce prep area
– Location for new garden and rain garden
– Produce and tool storage space as well as space for on-site composting
– Increased indoor square footage
– Youth programming room with a computer lab and instructional space capable of serving 30+ youth
– Staff space for offices, a staff break-room, staff project work-space and a conference area
– Additional space available on a sign-out basis including a gathering space for over 150 youth/families, a large conference room and a commercial kitchen for teaching cooking and wellness classes and exploring product development.
