	*Guest Speaker:* Tracy Singleton owns and operates the Birchwood Cafe in Minneapolis. As an advocate for a healthier food system, community engagement, and environmental stewardship, Singleton believes, “Food connects us all. Every time we eat, we have a chance to make the world a better place.”
	*Master of Ceremonies:* Susan Moores, nutritionist and founder of Roots for the Home Team, a first-of-its-kind youth-based food enterprise at major sports venues.

Entree features Kadejan Chicken of Glenwood, MN. Antibiotic-free, minimally-processed. Salad, seasonal vegetables and dessert created with organic produce. Salad and entree are gluten-free. Vegetarian meal available upon request.

Please note The Saint Paul Hotel does not have a parking lot. Valet parking is available or street/ramp parking is free on Sundays. Parking Options.
