The Water Cycle and You
0 Comment
Students will learn about the water cycle and how an urban environment can change the water cycle. They will also learn about non-point source pollution and identify ways they can help reduce pollution impacts on water. There are then 3 follow up activities to observe a water body, learn about sources of pollution and ways to mitigate them, and an activity to do at home or near a school to actively protect our water sources.
Time: 1-hour lesson, with 3 30-min follow up activities
Ages: 7-18
