The Spring is ramping up here on the East Side and across Minnesota! There is much to do and so many opportunities to do it, and first I want to thank everyone reading this for getting involved in whatever way you do.

Our farm sites are in strong need of trash pick-up and early season weeding before we can really begin prepping them for the season. On Wednesday, April 8th, from 12:30 to 3:30, Urban Roots Market Garden Outreach Coordinator, Gene, will be out at our farm site at First Covenant Church doing weeding and trash pick up, and would love to invite you to join them! If you can come for an hour, or two, or just want to come see the farm site, anything would be great! Details are below.

Where: Urban Roots FC Farm Site,1280 Arcade St, St Paul, MN 55106. The garden is at the corner of Orange Ave and Mendota St.
When: Wednesday, April 8th, 12:30 PM to 3:30 PM. Come whenever you can if you can!
