Youth Internships→
Youth (ages 14-18) are employed year round in the Market Garden, Cook Fresh and Conservation Programs. Applications for summer employment are available each year in the month of February.
Community Garden Plots→
Sign up for a community garden plot at one of our farm sites. This is a great chance to to grow your own food and Urban Roots is here to offer support and resources and help you along, no matter your skillset.

We are committed to having a high functioning board to advance our mission. We are looking to grow our board and will be reviewing new board member applications three times each year in February, June and October.

Group Tours
Let us show you what we do! Tour our work sites including our urban farms, park restoration sites, and office demonstration site. These sites showcase organic growing methods, outdoor classrooms, native plant pollinator gardens, honey bee hives and more. Contact us today to set up a tour.
