Urban Roots is working on building a robust alumni program. Our internship program is only offered for youth ages 14-18, however it is our goal to continue to engage with interns even after they out grow the internship program. Urban Roots is currently supporting four alumni staff who work directly with program managers and on independent projects. We are also working on coordinating more alumni opportunities, like the paid seminars offered over the winter of 2020. These seminars included talks about mental health and skills for building strong resumes.
