Garden Tour Running Route
Take a tour of where our Market Garden program works with a fun 6-mile route on the East Side of St. Paul that takes you past all five garden sites—plus our office as a bonus stop!
Directions, starting at #1 Swede Hollow Cafe:
- Head southwest on 7th St E
- Turn left to head southeast on Maria Ave, coming to stop #2, the 3rd & Maria garden and mural
- Turn left to head northeast on 3rd St E, following the curve of the road to start heading east
- Turn left to head north on Forest St N to Orange Ave E
- Alternate route: Continue north on Forest St N until it intersects with Minnehaha Ave E and turn left (west), skipping stops #3 and #4
- Turn left to head west on Orange Ave E, passing by stop #3, First Covenant
- Continue on Orange Ave E to Payne Ave and turn left to head south on Payne Ave, passing by stop #4, our office
- Continue south on Payne Ave to Minnehaha Ave E
- Turn right to head west on Minnehaha Ave E, following until you reach the end of the road, arriving at stop #5, Rivoli Bluff Farm & Restoration Site
- Turn around to head back to the east on Minnehaha Ave E to 7th St
- Turn right to head southwest on 7th St E, passing by stop #6 Dellwood Gardens before returning to Swede Hollow Cafe where you can fuel up!
