Description

Beebalm is a native Minnesota member of the Monarda genus of mint relatives. Beebalm has a great pink bloom that is popular with many species of pollinators. Its name is derived from the smell that it’s leaves emit when crushed, which resembles the smell of a bergamot orange. Bergamot tends to grow inclumps, and can spread through rhizomes underground and through seeds.
